A bit of shyness – modesty – is a good quality and is also attractive to women. But real shyness, the one that makes you stutter and feel speechless around women – this type of shyness is extremely unattractive. A girl can view you as a “nice guy“, but that’s not really a compliment.

In this post I’ll give you 3 practical tips on overcome shyness with women, so that you’ll feel free approaching and interacting with the girls you like.

Get Female Friends

The number #1 reason for feeling shy around women is simply lack of experience. If your social circle is mainly guys, and you aren’t used to talking to women on a daily basis, it’s only natural to feel shy and insecure when you talk to women.

The solution to this is to get some real female friends. I know it’s tough, but that’s an easier step than getting a girlfriend, right. If not a real friend, begin with having some female colleagues.

What I usually suggest is to become friends with a girl that you aren’t very attracted too. And really be her friend. Don’t try to build attraction, and feel free to talk about everything you want.

Remember: what you need is to gain experience talking to women.

Just Don’t Care

Another reason for feeling shy is actually fear of losing girls. Especially if you don’t have many women in your life, then when you’ll get an interaction with some girl, you’ll be afraid to do something stupid and lose her.

But, guess what?! This fear of losing her makes you insecure, and that’s even worse. In fact, the less you care about her, the more attractive you’ll be.

When you meet a new girl – you don’t even know if you like her or not. So don’t be afraid of losing her, and it will make you more attractive.

Not caring will allow you to really “be yourself”, and that’s what makes women attracted to you. Just Stop Caring

Get Used to Approaching Women

If you’re suffering from shyness around women, my guess is that you don’t do much “cold approaching” – you don’t start conversations with random chicks during the day.

When it comes to approaching, the idea is the same. If you don’t have the habit of approaching women, you won’t feel confident doing it.

And in order to have this habit, you need to start building it, step by step:

What I suggest, is to use the “salami tactic”. First, just get used to approaching girls, without revealing any interest. Every day from now on, approach at least 5 girls and simply ask them for directions. “Where is YYYY street?”, “How do I get to this Chinese restaurant?”

At first, you only need to get used to doing it. Later on, after a few days/weeks, you’ll feel that you can do more – and then also as her some personal questions.

Using this salami method, you’ll build the habit of meeting new women, and you’ll get more dates than you ever imagined.

I’m sure that you’re aware of the fact that it’s your “duty” as a man to make the first step and to approach the girls you are interested it.

But sometimes, this is way easier said than done.

Let’s say that you’re out to a bar or a night club, or even if it’s during the day – in a conference, at work or at school – how can you get women to approach you, or at least give you clear signals of her interest?

Be Different than the Average Guys

A big reason, for which women seem to “prefer” tall guys, is simply because they are very easy to notice, and they stand out of the crowd.

We can compare it to marketing – customers tend to buy the brands and products that stand out.

However, height is not the only way to stick out and be seen by women. It can be done in many other ways.

Let’s begin with your clothes – you may wear regular, typical clothes, and you can also do something more unique. You can stick out by your style – either very elegant or very simple. You can use remarkable colors – red, pink, or totally black.

In addition, to clothes, consider having some outstanding accessories – belts, glasses, watch, hat, etc.

Not being afraid to stick out not only makes you noticed by women, but it’s also an attractive masculine trait – like a peacock, who attracts women by his feathers.

In addition, there is another, extremely powerful strategy to attract women – being a leader.

Socializing and Leadership

Women, biologically, are attracted to masculine men, and one of the most attractive masculine traits is leadership.

But what exactly is leadership? A leader, at least how the female mind views it, is a man with many social ties, who knows how to connect and talk to people.

A woman’s attraction to leaders is usually subconscious, and within a few minutes, you can push her “attraction buttons”, by adopting a social behavior.

The trick is to have interactions with many people, and women should be amongst them. When I go out to a social gathering, I talk and chat with everyone around me – my friend, men and women.

That’s actually the most attractive thing that you could do in a social place to attract women. Most men usually stay on their own, and if not you will see them talking to their buddies.

By being seen talking to many men and women – a woman will be biologically attracted to you, because her mind will recognize you as the leader of the tribe.

Give Her the Opportunity

If men are afraid to approach women, I wouldn’t be wise to expect women not to be. A girl, even if she’s interested, is not going to walk all the way towards you just to start a conversation. It would seem very needy, and in our society – even weird.

Even if you don’t want to start the interaction, you need to be close to the girl to make her do it. The best tactic here is to take a friend with you, stand near the girl you’re interested in, and just stay there and talk.

This gives her the opportunity to make the first move, without making too much efforts.

Look for Signals of Interest

Using the methods I discussed – being noticed by women, creating social vibe around you and giving her the opportunity – you will get women approaching you here and then.

But that’s the least important part. The rest of the women, those who will never approach a guy and make the first step – they will be interested in your attractive behavior. And they will not approach you – but they will use various signs of interest. It’s your goal to recognize these signals – these girls are waiting to talk to you!

Imagine being able to approach any woman you see or encounter during the day. An average man passes by and sees tens of attractive women every day. Many of them might become his potential sexual and romantic partners.

But how many of them does he (or in fact – YOU) gets to actually meet? For almost any guy, the answer is ZERO.

What prevents you from approaching these beautiful women, and what can you do about it? This is exactly the topic of this post.

What Stops You from Approaching?

Almost any man in the world is familiar with this fear – “the fear of approach”. This fear is what makes you freeze and prevents you from approaching the women that you want. In fact, the more you like the girl – the harder it is for you to take to her.

What causes this fear? The fear of approach is a combination of several fears and anxieties. One of them is called “social phobia”. Social phobia is the fear of talking to unknown to us people.

Another fear is the fear of “what will others think of me”. When you approach a girl, usually there are other people around you. As humans, we’re always concerned about what other think of us, and therefore this prevents us from doing “unusual” actions.

The third type of fear that I want to mention is the fear of rejection. This fear has much to do with our masculine ego – men are simply afraid of being rejected by women. Hearing her say “no”, or “I’m sorry – not interested” or even worse – ignoring you.

Neutralize this fear of rejection – and you will feel that approaching girls will become easier. But how can you do this?

Stop Fearing of Rejection

I’ve heard of many methods and tips to reduce and get rid of the fear of rejection. The one that worked best for me, and I hope for you too, is to change the mindset.

Hearing the “No” from a girl, being rejected, getting the angry face of “don’t talk to me” – it is a failure. It’s a great success.

The more you get rejected by women, the better your skills will be, and the easier it will be for you to succeed on the next time.

When you think about your goals in picking up women, getting rejected is one of them.

When I approach a girl, I want to be rejected. I want her to give the worst reaction possible. Why? Because otherwise I wouldn’t overcome the fear, and because it will eventually get me more success.

This technique is especially useful when you go out to bars or clubs: don’t have a goal of getting phone numbers or talking to women. You goal (at least as a “beginner”) is to get rejected.

Get Used to Approaching Girls

Men today are not used to talking to new women. You rarely starting talking to a random girl you see, right?

If you want to get successful with women, and to really be able to choose the girls that you want to be with – you should get used to approaching girls, on a daily basis.

The most effective way to do this is by making it your habit. Get a habit of approaching girls. Personally, I have this “golden rule”, that I can never break – I MUST approach at least 1 girl every day. No matter how sick I am or how busy it is at work – I must start a conversation with at least one girl every day.

And what about you – I suppose that a good idea will be to adopt such a rule to your life as well. What do you think?

You’ve fallen in love, and you’ve fallen hard, right? It happened at least once for most on the guys – falling in love with a certain girl. And not only you’ve fallen in love, but she doesn’t even know this, because the relationship between you is only friendly.

Just the sound of her name makes you smile, and you simply wait for the moment when you will rip her clothes off.

You main problem here is – she only wants to be friends with you. In a beginning of any relationship with a girl, she determines how she views you – as a lover or as a friend. And you’ve fallen in to the category of “the friend” – you got into the friend zone.

Basically, you’ve passed what some call “the point of no return”. And I won’t lie – turning a friend into a girlfriend is not easy – it definitely is somewhat of a challenge. You have to change the whole way of how she views you. You have to get her feel sexually attracted to you.

In other words – you need to get her emotional side of the brain scream – “I want him!”.

In this post, I’ll give the basic principles of turning a female friend into your girlfriend or other forms of romantic partner.

Risking Your Friendship

Before making any further moves forward, you must understand that the attempt to turn a friend into a girlfriend is indeed risky – you must be ready to risk your friendship with her. However, if you are in love with a girl, it will usually seem like a fair sacrifice.

Don’t Pour Your Hurt Out

The common mistake that most guys make, is to tell their female friend about their feelings. These will usually happen after weeks, months or even years of hesitations.

And while it might seem like the most “direct” or honest thing to do, the results will be usually negative and awkward.

The problem here is that while you are attracted and interest in her, she feels very little or even no attraction to you.

By the way, this doesn’t have much to do with your physical looks, as women give little importance to looks in men. It’s all about how you behave around her and the dynamics you have together.

The best way to turn your friendship into romance, is by making her sexually attracted to you, before you show interest in her.

Break Rapport First

Breaking rapport is the NO.1 principle that distinguishes between being a friend to being a lover. If you became “just friends”, this means that you’ve never bothered to break rapport with her.

Breaking rapport is nothing about behaving bad or mistreating her in any way. It just breaks the friendly relationship between you, and allows attraction to be established.

So how do you break rapport? There are many methods and strategies, but I’ll give you just a few examples now:

Disagreeing – this is the classical way. Don’t be the “Nice Friend” who agrees with everything that she says. You have your own opinions and own ways of thinking – and it’s great to disagree with her. “I don’t agree with you, I think….” Will be a good start.

Don’t Answer Her Calls – You don’t have to be always available to her, and it’s OK not to answer every call she gives you. This will make her chase you, and not the opposite.

Tease Her – Have you ever told her “Wow, you’re so stupid!” in a friendly voice?  Well, you better starting teasing women. Teasing is not insulting, it’s fun and playful and women love being teased by guys. Some other examples – “I don’t like you any more J”, “I should find myself a new friend”.

Push Her Attraction Buttons

Breaking rapport is the basic, first step you should do to “reset” your friendly relationship.  However, although breaking rapport itself makes a woman attracted to you, don’t neglect many other elements of attraction.

Women are attracted to certain masculine traits – you can find many of them throughout my blog and in my free PDF guides.

Women rarely approach men, even if they like them. It’s socially no acceptable, and it also seems to be in their genes to remain passive and wait for the guy to make the first move.

However, even if it’s you who needs to approach and start a conversation, there are various things that you can do, to make a woman notice you and be interested in you.

In this post, I will give you several useful tips that will make women attracted and interested in you before you approach, to give you signals of interest, to look and stare at you – and indirectly even initiate interactions with you.

It’s Not About Physical Looks

Studies have shown that women aren’t really interested in you physical looks. Men want a beautiful girl with big boobs. Women are looking for a masculine man, and masculinity isn’t beauty.

There are certain modifications that you can use to make yourself look more attractive to women, but it doesn’t really matter what your physical looks are.

I have to admit that physical strength is connected to attraction, so that if you have time to work on your muscles, this could be a bonus.

However, it’s important to understand that how you look has almost no effect on your success with women. In fact, the most successful men aren’t very good looking – there are many guys who are short, “ugly”, bald, etc. – and they all get laid and date beautiful women.

Peacocking

If you could describe masculine attractiveness in a single word, it would probably be – “Confidence”.

Women love and are naturally attracted to confident men. A confident man is not afraid to be the center of attention.

Peacocking means that you use certain outfit that makes you stand out of the other men around you.

A common example is wearing a hat. Today it’s not very common for men to wear a hat. So if you go out to a bar, club or even during the day – wearing a hat, women will always notice and pay attention to you.

But the hat is just an example.  Men can use their haircut, their clothes, shoes, rings, glasses, and various accessories to be noticed

Peacocking is signal to women that you are not afraid of the attention, that you are comfortable with having people look at you, and it’s a strong signal of confidence.

I recommend using at least one element of peacocking, to make sure that women will always see you within seconds.

Don’t Be Afraid Of Being Heard

Another method to make sure women notice you, is using your vocal skills. It’s in fact very similar to Peacocking.

Sometimes we are afraid that people around us will hear our conversation.

However, if you want to be attractive to women, you should actually do the opposite. Be vocal, be heard, and make sure that everyone around you hears you. You can even laugh loudly for this.

Now, it doesn’t mean that you should be rude or weird. Just talk slightly louder than everybody else. Again, it shows that you’re a confident guy who’s not afraid to be noticed.

Be SOCIAL

The most effective way to be noticed by girls is to be seen social – talking to people, interacting, having fun, etc.

Being social and having many friends is a signal of one of the most attractive masculine traits – leadership.

When you want to be noticed by women, remember to be social. Talk to people, tell stories, chat with various people.

When I go out to a bar or club, I don’t begi-n with approaching and picking up women. Instead, I first create an image of the social man – I talk with my friends, I engage in short interactions with the people around me – both men and women.

Being social is the most powerful tactic that makes women notice you, stare at you, gossip about you, give strong signals of interest, and even be dreaming that you will somehow talk to them.

Are you bored of the regular, typical dates, where you take a girl to a café or a restaurant, you concentrate on eating and drinking, and eventually you run out of things to say in the boring environment?

Yes, a café or a restaurant are good-enough defaults – although I personally suggest going out to a silent bar, where the alcohol will do its job too. But if you want to be unique and creative, with a first date that your girl will remember for a long time, then you should consider some other options.

In this post I will give you some creative and great alternatives to the typical dates. They are good for first dates, as well as in your further meetings.

Wine and Cookies

You must have seen this type of dates in romantic movies. A guy and a girl sit together, watch the moon, listen to the voices of the trees and nature around them, and talk about love and romance.

You don’t need to live in a farm to arrange such a date. First, what you need to get is a bottle of wine, a few glasses and some cookies or other snacks.

This kind of a date is perfect for the warm seasons. Walk together to the beach, park, lake, river or any other open and “natural” place.

Sit together, drink some wine – and you got yourself a piece of romance. And it’s even cheaper than going to a bar.

Going Shopping

A great way to start a date, even if it’s a first date, is to do some activity together. Especially if you are not very good at developing conversations with women, shopping together is a great idea.

It will create the opportunity for many talking ideas, and you will easy get physical – touching each other, checking how the clothes fit.

I would suggest to begin shopping (you are not supposed to really buy anything, just do something together), and afterwards continue to the next part of your date – you can go to a café or bar.

Jogging Together

Another great activity that you could do together is to do some light sports together – jogging can be fine.

Jogging will help you getting rid of any anxieties you might have, and will get you quickly close together.

Before a first date – and this is common especially for women – you might spend hours to choose what to wear. If you’re going jogging, it’s way easier to choose.

Like in shopping together, you can continue to another place, and grab a drink together.

Playing Pool

There are various social games that are great for a first date. These include playing pool, bowling, video games and others.

This kind of activity is great because you’re playing against each other. It will allow you great opportunities for teasing and making fun of each other – in a positive way.

Make Her Cook for You

This kind of date is for the advanced. It depends on the amount of attraction and comfort between you.

It doesn’t have in to involve having sex afterwards (although it can be a good option).

Women might sometimes feel uncomfortable going on a date at your place, but when it’s you visiting her, the picture is different.

Ask her to cook dinner for you. You could bring some wine and dessert. This kind of a date really opens up the relationship and creates trust and rapport.

Sense of humor is a quality that most women find attractive in men, as it represents a combination of intelligence, social skills and confidence.

When a man knows how to make a girl laugh, he’s on the right way to getting into her heart, and eventually also getting into bed with her.

Many men complain about not being able to get women laugh, even if they have strong sense of humor.

Therefore, in this post I will give several tips about using sense of humor to get women attracted and interested in you.

You Don’t Need to Be a Comedian

The first thing that you should understand, is that making women laugh has nothing to do with telling jokes or making comedy.

In fact, when a guy tells a joke, it seems like making pretty much effort to impress. Some women might laugh of your jokes, but you should be really good in it.

Personally, I once tried to learn how to tell jokes, but it didn’t seem very easy, and was eventually useless, because that’s not the humor that attracts women.

Instead, the humor that makes women attracted to men is the kind of humor that comes naturally, as a part of your behavior.

Just be funny and humorous in the way you speak, not by memorizing jokes.

Begin with a Smile

Smiling too much is considered as a sign of weakness and neediness. But, if used right, a smile is great way to provoke a return smile from a girl.

Smiles tend to be viral – when you smile to people, they tend to smile back, and the whole atmosphere gets more optimistic.

Therefore, the first thing you should do is to use the power of smiles. Don’t smile all the time, but be sure that you use it here and then.

Use Proper Teasing

The proper form of teasing is playful and fun. The way to make successful teasing is by adding a smile.

Teasing might smile very similar to insulting. The difference is only with the tone that you say it.

“I hate you” can be said in an angry tonality, and it can be used in a fun, playful manner.

Women usually find teasing is fun and exciting, and will usually respond with a smile and even laughter.

Yes, it’s fun to get the “I hate you” , or “you are so stupid” – as long as it’s said playfully.

The Secret of Self-Deprecating Humor

Most men will make attempts not to reveal their negative sides. They will try to show a girl how great and successful they are.

However, what most guys don’t realize is that showing your weakness is actually extremely attractive to women.

Only confident guys will have the courage to show their weakness, and women appreciate and like this in men.

Now, you can even take this one step forward, and make this funny. Self-Deprecating humor means that you laugh about your weaknesses.

For example, let’s say you’re a bit short. There is nothing wrong with that, and of course you shouldn’t hide it – she probably noticed that already. So use to in a humorous way: you can say – “Wow, I’m soooo short, I just can’t understand why you date such a guy like me!?”

Or, if you made some mistake, you could say “wow, I so stupid, It’s even weird that I managed to learn how to read.”

When you’re out in a club, you can use this in a more extreme way – “You know, I’m still a virgin”, or “I am so afraid of approaching women, but I still decided to make my first attempt”, or “We are not going to have sex tonight, don’t worry. I have a tiny penis anyway”.

Bonus – Funny Role Playing

A great way to get out of the boring conversation routines is to use role playing. Have you ever noticed that when you lie about yourself, it seems much easier to develop a conversation?

I’m not suggesting lying, but getting you both into a funny role playing, is a great method to develop a conversation that can last for hours of fun and excitement.

I remember a date that I had once with a girl, and we totally ran out of things to say, and I could smell that awkward silence approaching.

What I did, was to get into such role playing. I told her “let’s get into some role playing. Let’s say we are a divorced couple, and now we met after 5 years that we didn’t talk.”

The role playing began with “accusations” against each other – “why didn’t you ever listen to me?”, “Why did you kiss that woman?”, “Me? It was you who went on a vacation trip with your boss!”, afterwards, we began with memories of the good times we had once upon a time, “how we enjoyed the sex together”.

Can you visualize this happening? – using a role playing is a great way to create funny interactions with women.

Being a “nice guy” seems to be a major obstacle to many men, in their attempt to attract women.

The “nice guy” represents the opposite of being attractive and successful with women.

This is a guy who sets no challenges to women; he is very needy towards girls, and makes huge efforts to convince women to stay with him and to like him.

A common syndrome for the “nice guy” is hearing the “let’s just be friends” sentence from women.

In this post I would like to explain what causes women to view men as “nice”, how it is connected to attraction, and what every man can do to stop being a nice guy.

Conveying Low Value

What is actually wrong with being a nice guy? Basically, an important part of attracting women is conveying higher value that the girl has.

High value is complex to define, however it can be easily seen in an interaction.

When a “nice guy” guy talks to a woman, he tries to convince her to like him, he tries to impress her, he buys her gifts – and these are only examples.

He also shows a lot of interest, even when he hardly knows her. He can also compliment on things that she doesn’t deserve.

That’s the main problem. He simply shows her that she’s worth way more than him. He not only shows – he truly believes in it. Being a “nice guy” begins from inside. It begins be having low confidence and low self-esteem.

A common tip that I give guys, who keep failing into the “nice guy” trap, is to begin with not being afraid to lose the girl. Kind of “not caring” about women.

What happens in reality, that by not being afraid to lose her, you’re actually going to make her want to be with you.

You can call “the law of attraction”, but it’s simple – when a guy doesn’t care to lose a girl, he’ll stay in his regular behavior. So “being yourself” is the best cure for the “nice guy”.

Giving Real Compliments

Nice guys will often try to show their interest and give compliments to women. However, nobody likes to get fake compliments. We also hate hearing compliments regarding things we don’t deserve.

When a girl hears the same compliment again and again, such as – “wow, you’re so beautiful”, it’s totally annoying.

If she’s beautiful, she was born this way. She doesn’t deserve any compliment for that.

Instead, compliment women on real things, such as their behavior, their achievements – things that deserve to be complimented.

Giving real, sincere compliments, is what will distinguish you from the average, “nice guys”.

Every man can meet and attract women, even the most beautiful ones. In fact, it even doesn’t depend on your physical looks, because – as I discuss in many of my posts, women are attracted to masculine behavior – and not your looks.

She’s Just a Woman

Many men believe, for some reason, that beautiful women deserve “special treatment”. Some guys would shake and stutter in the presence of these chicks.

Others would become extra-nice and generous around them.

Both of these types of behavior are not attractive. The first one shows her that you are shy and unconfident. The second signals her that she’s some special and unique creature – and that she’s better and worth more than you.

Especially if it’s in a bar or night club – most guys will actually approach the “cute girls”, not the most beautiful.

In fact, beautiful women are pretty easy to pick-up. Most of them are aware of their beauty, so simply by approaching you seem more confident that the rest 99% who are afraid to approach.

So don’t be afraid of approaching beautiful women. They won’t reject you more than regular girls.

Use Teasing and Negging

Beautiful women are usually aware of their beauty. They know that most guys stare and dream of talking to them.

These women will have high confidence and high self-esteem. And they will also look for a guy with higher value and higher confidence.

Techniques such as teasing and negging, might get certain women out of balance and totally ruin their confidence.

This is not true about the most beautiful chicks. They are almost waiting to hear negative comments. Everyone is complimenting them all the time, so getting teased is almost a relief.

I’m not talking about insulting here, but don’t be afraid to tease and laugh at these girls – it will only make them want you more.

Women, even the most beautiful ones, are more than just a pair of tits. I know that you got interested in her because of her beauty, but what she wants from men is to see her other qualities.

Complimenting women is an important part of showing your interest. When you compliment a girl, focus on non-physical qualities that you liked about her.

This might be her behavior, something she told you, some inner quality that you see in her. Just don’t compliment her beauty – she’s already heard it thousands of times before.

Alt­hough it’s typical to believe that most men don’t look for a “serious relationship” like women do, this is in many cases totally not true.

Many men want a girlfriend – they want a relationship with that one girl who they will live and who will love them.

And yet, in our times it’s definitely not easy for men to find their love.

In this post I’ll provide you with the most essential steps that you should consider making in order to begin your journey to find a girlfriend.

How Many Women Do You Meet?

Let’s deal with you first problem, which is meeting women. There are plenty of great women out there.

But as a girlfriend, you need a woman that is both physically attractive for you, AND you also need to have good chemistry and connection together. She also needs to like you as well, of course.

Eventually, no matter how successful or attractive you are – if you meet and date enough women, you will find the one for you.

So start going out to bars and clubs, go to various social gatherings, attend various events, etc. You should also learn skills like “cold approaching” – which is the hardest skills of pickup – approaching random and totally unknown to you women (yes, it’s possible and works).

A great “rule” I gave myself that really boosted the number of women I meet, was the “one approach per day” rule.

Concentrate on Dating

I’m sure that you hear about men who get laid on the same night, who pick up drunk chicks in night clubs and never remember them a day later.
